Pass probationary period in the Gymnasium

The high school entrance exam is the first hurdle many students take. However, the probationary period becomes a challenge for many students, as both the pace of learning and the level of requirements differ with that of secondary school.

In this course, relevant learning content of the probationary period is taught to help students get off to a good start in high school. The focus is on the subjects Mathematics, French and English. The course will help students better manage their time, resources, and effort to meet the demands of the probationary period. In addition, they will develop study habits and learn to participate in class, ask the right questions, listen actively, copy and write notes to reduce rework at home. The material will no longer be repeated several times.

All of these study techniques will be beneficial to students as they enter high school. Ultimately, this course will give students the tools they need to be successful during their probationary period and beyond.

This course is for students who have passed the entrance examination to the gymnasium, IMS, BMS, and FMS but still have some gaps in Mathematics, French and English. 

In order that the start at the gymnasium does not become an excessive burden, this course is intended to provide preliminary relief for the upcoming probationary period and to enable students to familiarize themselves with the expected topics with sufficient time. Cognitive and problem-solving skills will be honed in the process. Active participation in class, supplementing the material with your own notes during the lesson, asking specific questions, and thinking along are important learning techniques to reduce the amount of time spent on post-processing the subjects.
